We encourage open communication for any ideas our Recruiters or Account Managers may have. Our headquarters is in located in Houston, TX and we have expanded to Los Angeles. We are looking for someone has experience with full cycle recruiting for light industrial, skilled trade and admin positions. Client relationship experience is a plus.

The ideal candidate will work remotely but will need the ability to attend hiring events, client meetings, and spend some time in office as necessary.

Responsibilities and Duties

Drafting and posting job ads

Reviewing resumes and screening candidates

Scheduling interviews and skills tests by coordinating appointments

Conducting interviews with candidates over the phone or through Skype

Administering skills tests

On- boarding new hires

Assisting Account Manager with different task

Qualifications and Skills

Prior experience with recruitment; sourcing, screening, hiring etc. International recruiting experience is a plus

Great interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, decision making, and conflict resolution skills

The ability to stay highly organized with great attention to detail

The ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion

Excellent written and spoken English & Spanish

The availability to work hours similar to (8am-6pm PST) Official schedule can be discussed during interview.

An outgoing and friendly disposition

A reliable workstation with a fast computer, microphone and speakers, reliable internet and power
