365 Resource Staffing Services, is looking for a Dynamic, Sales driven Branch Manager for our Eastern Brooklyn.

The role of the Branch Manager is to drive the temporary and direct hire revenue growth of the branch to meet and/or exceed the branch budget.

Recruit, Hire, Train and Retain Colleagues:

Responsible for recruiting and hiring branch sales and service staff. Building the team. Coaches staff in sales and customer service techniques. Provides development and career opportunity for branch staff.

Establish and regularly monitor goals and objectives for colleagues. Schedule and conduct regular staff meetings. Audit and monitor the activities of the staff to ensure the branches are providing optimum service levels. Conduct performance evaluations and prepare developmental plans for branch staff in a timely manner.

Create an environment that allows colleagues to have open dialogue with supervisor regarding performance, working conditions and the company in general.

Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Manage and Maintain Branch Operations:

Ensure all company practices are in accordance with standard operating practices (I-9 compliance, reference checks, client credit reference checks and audit compliance).

Manage and monitor receivables within company guidelines. Possess a thorough understanding of operating systems and ensure all data entry is maintained and accurate. Utilize automated reporting systems to manage and review branch operations. Maintain cooperation within the branch, region and sister divisions.

Drive Revenue Growth:

Drive and manage business development efforts to meet and or exceed targets and budget established annually. Create personal business development plan to meet budget objectives. Establish individual business development plan for every colleague to ensure budget targets are met or exceeded. Create, deliver and regularly monitor target business development, recruitment and retention activities and results objectives for each colleague. Ensure that standard mark-up fees are established and maintained.


Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to make sound business decisions in a fast-paced environment. Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships and appropriate rapport with all levels within client organizations, associates, and internal colleagues and management. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the staffing industry. Able to prioritize tasks to meet individual and business goals.

Education &

Previous staffing or industry experience required. Proven performance in branch management and sales management required. Proven track record of success required. Direct supervision of multiple direct reports.

Three years of supervisory / management experience of a sale or service-oriented staff.

Bachelor s degree (preferred) in related field or 5 years of staffing experience.
